Fouls

All Fouls are ball in hands
Any scratch is a foul. Unless it occurs while shooting on the 8 ball. Scratching on the 8 ball results in a loss of the game.
If an object ball is knocked off of the table, its a foul. Unless it occurs while shooting the 8 ball. If you are on the 8 ball at the 8 ball leaves the area of play (knocked off of the table) this results in a loss of the game.
If you scratch on the break, its a foul. The upcoming player must shoot from behind the head string. You can not place the ball any where on the table, if the break results in a scratch.
Sinking the 8 ball on the break is NOT a foul, it's a win. If you scratch or knock the cue ball off of the table, it's a foul and results in loss of the game.
If you or the person helping you with a timeout accidentally hit the cue ball at any time. it's a foul
After fist contact with your object ball, a ball must contact a rail. If no balls contact the rail, it's a foul.
